AUSA 2008 Zombie Con

Aside from the need to pass out so horribly so. >_< AUSA was actually really fun. There were a lot of stress too, but I guess that comes and goes with cons. We did a lot of Zombie Loan. Which was insanely fun. A BIG THANKS for all of you who joined us, and for all of our photographers. I'm too lazy to use LJ names right now, so until I make a more final post this will have to do.

I just thought I share, and make a record of something "amazing." The ep. 1 of Code Geass Season 2. Something I've waited for about half a year.
Aside from the "I like big robots and I cannot lie" opening in which all the characters wigging around on the screen with even MORE distorted body proportions(Thank you Clamp. We love you too.) the series became so distorted in terms of genre for me that I have no clue just what I was even watching anymore. (Animation directors, why don't you just give us stick figures with pretty elaborate clothing instead, it'll look about the same at this point.)

Geass, was notorious for being the series that I hated, then loved (oh SO VERY MUCH). Thus, even as I am still in love with it, I am now going to point, laugh and share my "keen" observations.

The truth behind the series. Unwritten rules

1. How important you are (how much screen time you get) is directly proportional to how much you can pose. - Lelouch is winning this Battle by FAR. I think he was staking claim. (you know, like the way animals pee in areas to claim their...) He's so fabulous, you won't know what hit you. Sometimes, I wondered if I was watching Princess Tutu or Code Geass.

2.Chinese people: Forsake your fashion sense, surrender now. There is no hope. In the future, we will all be wearing nothing but traditional robes designed by Tibetan mountain goats.
Although, the good news is, No need to worry about identifying our prime ministers (tribal leaders) anymore! :D They'll be the ones wearing face paints and sounding like Macy Gray.

3. (I) Chinese Boys, spent time investing in pliers. Your robes might look comfortable, but its a lie. They have magical transformation properties that sometimes mold so perfectly around your ass that it rapes you. It's like surprise butt sex every day.
Oh and, learn konfu, we all know konfu.
(II) Chinese Girls, I don't even know if Chinese females exists in this series yet, but I have a sicking feelings we better be prepared for some Baobaos.

4.It's good to know that Rom- I mean Britannia CAN be built (re-built) in one day.

5. Suzaku's got bitches, and he likes that. The opening hints (is) homo fan service. ... actually I think this entire episode was fan service. It's like an all you can eat buffet, homo, het, even some shota and loli in the mix.

5.Oh I love you Geass (Gay Ass), I love you just as much as I love making fun of you and cosplaying you. It's a special kind of love... just like you are a special kind of series...

Suzaku Con

As I pass in and out of consciousness right now, this will surface as a con report until my lungs stop hacking out mucus. I am sorry this is so late. D:

This Katsu, sadly enough, was not one of the more satisfyingly conventions. The reasons that caused it, I do not believe they are even worth mentioning at this point.
However, I would like to thank everyone for helping and being there.
It was still awesome to have spent time with everyone that I had seen.
I really wish I had more time to spent with all of you.
I will try to make a full report/list soon. :)

I am going to call this con Suzaku Con, cause that's all I ended up wearing. Haha.

Digimon Cosplay 2007: Just a group of friends, in a par, having fun! :)

Warning: Pure crack, just like Digimon is pure crack. SO SO much fun in a park.

I've wanted to cosplay Ken since forever, and I really hope to gather a big digimon group someday. <3 I would be more than happy to gather people. Imagine my surprise when Ling made me the Ken costume for my birthday last year!! <3 And Kat and Nechama combined to get me the horribly expensive wormon plushie!! <3 It touched my heart!! Thank you so much guys!!
When Kat commissioned me for Daisuke earlier this year, I couldn't be happier! And simply could not resist. It was so much fun making it! I still need to fix my collar for Ken, but it was so much fun cosplaying it. Nechama also made an adorable Takeru!! Thanks guys!!

Future plans in terms of Digimon: Totally doing more. :D And hopefully with more people! <3

I am really mad and ashamed of myself. At the same time I guess I really do like writing. It is good to have a conformation but it still doesn't change the fact that I rushed my way though a writing assignment that I really wanted to do well on. In a way it was an accident, but if I paid more attention to that messed up due date sheet. I wouldn’t have had this problem. That adding on the current unexplainable family problems, it's making me very sad. I can't seem to concentrate and am now doing retarded things. Hopefully it will all slowly go back down the "correct road though." I pray. I will try my best!!! RAWR!

Code Geass Review: The Clamp's rip off serie

I recently saw the new clamp series, Code Geass. And I must say, it is a most fascinating series that you just cannot turn away from. Here is my version of a short summery for this show because I simply must share its amusingness with the world.

In some distant future, when people still use devices like flash drives, laptops, and cell phones while ordering from places like Pizza Hut, japan is no longer a country. Due to a dreadful take over by the horrible super nation called " Brittania," AKA. America, Japan is now reduced to a sad title of Area 11 and its people “the 11s.”

This horrible atrocity, brought upon by the evil but highly influential king of Brittania, who's intelligence could only be measured by his massive white European curls (an uglier version of the 18th century wigs), is clearly the charismatic and manipulative speaker that roused the nation by his constant self reference to Adolf Hitler and prominent political speeches like "Equality is evil." Successfully spread his influence far and wide, he was loved by all.
Until, he pissed off his underage, angsty, emo bishounen son.

Not realizing that one should never underestimate the supper powers of emo clamp characters, the King never saw it comming. The boy, King's half Japanese son, more retarded than brilliant, gained the power of Death Note rip off and decided to take the initiative to synchronize himself with the Raito gene pool. Equip with Raito's double personality. He can now spread out his schedule to cosplay as Dracula while executing his magical revenge plan of overriding an empire, and still have enough time for school and ambiguously gay moments with his best friend. Doing pretty well for a kid who isn't even out of high school yet.

The best friend, a Li Shoran look alike, a decent and original character, until one realized you definitely have seen him somewhere before. Thus, prod at him a little to unveil his mask. Lou and behold, out pops Kira from Gundam Seed. From touching flowerily childhood memories, to now we are on opposite sides, to a cute super powered up gundam AND the potential girlfriend of A PERFECT Lacus clone who not only acts like and look like, but also dresses like Lacus. This boy has Kira down to a que and is living it large with his kick ass Freedom-renamed gundam “Lancelot.”

Besides using an obsolete colonial type monarchism for subplot and backbone, the touching rip off characters, giant purple gundams with capes, gay purple uniforms and vests, and dramatic high school Dracula cosplayers who wants to take over the world. This series certainly has me sucked in and smiling. Why not take it for a spin yourself? I'm sure one-way or another, you will find satisfaction in watching these types of things. After all "It IS Clamp."

Though for very strange reasons I still have the urge to cos some of the costumes, though I have to say it is at least better than Marginal Prince. Which pretty much is a show that explain to the world, anime series should NEVER be musicals.

Okay finally, posting the offical Otakon post after the con has been over like two weeks ago. I am so pathetic. However I would really like to thank everyone. So instead of writing out everything in the traditional way, I will dedicate this to all the amazing people at the con. Your all wonderful. All the little things that protected me from a horrible con experience and myself. A big thank you for all the dear friends who weren't at the con as well, its with your support behind me that I could have fun. Minus the few small details, like my retarded physical conditions that eventually resulted in mental break down, and crap like that, this con was actually lots fun. And I really mean that. Thank you, ALL of you. :)

Ken, Ania, Jiah, Duwayne and all the Animaoundi crew. AKA the world’s best sexy husband (despite being the most flamingly homo character in the game), super cute shota servant (my fav. cutest OLDMAN shota XDD), God-boy (with amazing memorizing bouncing curls that retains him from sex- I mean “sin”) and super pirate. Guys, I had a blast. Helping fan me as I suffocate myself under that five layers of skirts, and making those retarded of gestures and jokes, I don’t think I’ve laughed so much. Thank you all of you. You guys made the humble and meek little Lilith feel like a Princess.

Beth, Eechan, and Chrstina, I am so sad I couldn’t spent as much time with you guys as I wanted to (I swear I will chase after you guys like a sad puppy next time or something XD). But it was so wonderful to see you guys, and it made a world of difference. Beth who forced me to eat that really cute and yummy smushed bun when my body was eating itself up from the inside, and Eechan who came to me when I was lonely and sitting alone by myself. Thank you guys so much. And Christina, lol tell Aaron sorry I had to use him as a bag holder for a while. XD I love you all so very much.

Lyn, Jin, Yeu, Tina, Justine, Vicky, Jackie, and Kate cutest cosplayers ever, and sweetest friends. Your smiles and words helped so much. Running into Vicky in the garage the minuet we hit the con was a hoot! XD And Jackie was skipping around in her crazy good Misamisa costume per usual. I was sad Lyn couldn’t join as in her awesome Abel-ness during the Trini-Buri photoshot, but she was such an amazing Zelos!! I really should update something about Otakon soon now that I can talk again and move around without feeling like my limbs are lead. XD (My fun observational skillz allow me to say that He has ARM MUSCLES!! I mean, What is this? J-pop boys? Arm Muscles? Noooo~ Can't be~) Do not even ask me why I am watching random JDramas right now, all I can say is Whoot. XDD

A little bit of hope and Cosplay

I am so exhausted... I don't even understand why I am still awake. First of all I would like to apologize for my absence and for being a little off over all. Cosplaying is eating my soul right now, as well as homework and work. Seriously, after cosplaying L, I never expected myself to actually become him. XD The dark rings under my eyes are not a good sign!! XD @_@ After certain difficulties, with the help of friends I am feeling better. Thank you all very much. Also thank you to everyone who are helping, supporting me, or just simply doing the little things that make my life easier and me so much more happier. AND thank you all for bearing with me as the clock ticks and I run through the terrible place that is my mind. However, emo rants are for another time and place. Otakon is coming up and I hope to have fun. :D

I was going cos Ouran as Tamaki with a few friends but it seems not a very likely possibility at this point (I'm really sad and mad at myself for that). And neither is the planned making of the Oath Keeper to accompany my Oblivion (which I was going to fix, but was left at Yue's house after ANEXT due to my own moment of forgetfulness ;o;) Between making another Trini Buri costume, Lilith, helping make Sasha her Renge costume, taking class of homeworkie doom, and then work, I'm going a "little" crazy. I had also planned to make the Oath Keeper to accompany my Oblivion. However, I will finish Oath Keeper sometime after Otakon and fix Oblivion... I hope. XD I want a complete set to accompany my Sora costume after all. ^^ Also Ouran is a must... I am so excited for that. Here is a few things I'm want make.

ANEXT was absolutely crazy. Haha, I still could not believe we won best of weekend but that is A+ awsome. However, unfortunatly due my very sad and not so healthy body, I have now lost my voice, and been rendered immoble in bed. (Specially after that very unique un-able to breath bus trip that Ling knows.) So the con-report will have to come on a slightly later date... as well as soon as I gather pictures from everyone so I can make crack stories. I have had a wonderful Thanks giving and birthday, and I owe all my thanks to my family and friends. You guys totally made this rock. I admit I have been having some emotional extreme up and downs, and there are some issues to solve through but everyone has been so wonderful that it just made it a lot better. Emo news will come alllll later!! Because right now I am truly thankful. Thank you for everyone that took time out of their busy lives to called me or wished me a happy birthday, it really meant a lot to me. ^o^ Also I thank my parents so much for the past few days, they have been the best, and all I could have asked for. And happy birthday to my mother also, and I'm so glad that they are alright. I went to the Aquarium just today and totally had crab cake too.

Kat the larc cd was awesome!!! *___* Leave it to you to pick DA band for me! LOL!! and the lovely L wrapping paper too!!! Laura the porings were so adorable!!! :D Unfortunately cause I'm so clumsy I left it at your house. .__. bring them back to me... They make Albert feel fuzzy inside and you know you like that. XD Bonnie the cd was totally hot just like the count!! LOL!! The sharpie ness just added to it not to mention your most wonderful "trash." lol! They were great! Katie, the pinkness rocked my world. LOL!!! Its what I really needed actually cause I always forget to bring mine, not to mention its very fuzzy and warm!!! *__* Now I won't get sick as often!!!! Christina, the sketches!!! Akira Touya!!!!! Gosh, I think everyone knows why I need to squeal at this point. My fav babie ever! lol!! Thank you hubby! lol!! My Amy-ness, who called all they way for Arizona and showed me that very cute picie of our HP screw up.

The list really goes on and my thankfulness continues. Thank you everyone. It really made me feel a lot better about quite a few things. I'm so grateful to have all of my friends who supported me, listened to me and helped me over the years actually. This is my thanks giving. ^^

Tea House Rock

A little bit of update. I still need to do more, like upload pictures from Halloween and SO3 picies. I'll get cracking on them soon. XDD For the moment, a few things to cheer me up and make me feel happy.

Went to the Eisenhower Theater and watched Tea House on Saturday, a classic novel written by Lao She, transformed into a play. Most awesome play ever, saw uber famous Chinese comedian Shoun Dan Dan play a very serious role and doing a wonderful job of it. The setting was located in a teahouse, the “information center” of the 1920s to 1950’s era. The story was a spectacular show of various personalities; it showed the politics, the laws (or lack of) and how each individual coped with the changes of the world. The main character, I guess you can call it main since there were so many characters and each represented a different type of people, was the Teahouse owner. Under the expertise of the actor, the character literally came to life, and by the end of the play, left everyone with something to think about. My favorite was 4 lao ye, probably because of his character as a good, right person, a little bit too on the stubborn side though. I just enjoyed watching him... XD he had a funny vest that looked like an armadillo in the beginning of the play. He was one of the three characters that was consistent through out the changes of time, him, 2 lao ye, and the teahouse owner. So much love for my parents who bought the tickets for me to let me see this, it certainly made my day.

Totally got addicted to RO... >_> *eye twitch* I have never fallen into the trap of online rpgs before, yet here I am... *weep a little inside* XD lol!!! Won pocky, a bucket of candy and 20 dollar certificate for Micheals for Halloween. XD Will most likely get fat with everyone on the candies, and use the certificate for crafting with others. It will be fun.

Saw the movie for A Room with A View. All I have to say for that movie is: 2 boys and 1 priest, frolicing nude in a pound together. (Well that and I hate Lucy... >_> everyone in the class falls into the mold of "OMGs!! She is SOOO brave!! SUCH an strong character!!" ... yeah right, she doesn't listen, she can't make decisions of her own, she's superficial, and the only time she became strong was when she yelled at her fiancé for not listening to her and "seeing her for who she is." Yet I can't help but twitch at how hypocritical that is. Especially since, she didn't even put effort into understanding him either. I talked to the teacher and she agrees on it too. So in conclusion, am going to write an essay on "I hate Lucy." ... so take that everyone else in that class!! *Gets beaten up* XDD)

I admit, the reason for current reaction is that my expectations weren't very high in the beginning. For one, I didn't want to let that to effect my enjoyment, and for another I was rather skeptical after hearing how bad the first FF movie was. But oh god! It was GOOD!!!! It was totally beyond my expectations!!! The one bad thing is that if you haven't played, or knew the details of FF7, you might find it confusing, especially to some of the inside jokes. (but oh god, at this day and age! FF7 spoilers are everywhere! I knew the entire game years before I actually got my hands on it) So it might limit the enjoyment of some views. However, the graghic is so omgspazeoutcrazy good, and for the apparence of a few of the surprise guests... all I can say is... Oh baby.

I have been asked to cos Tifa, but here is the big question, Tifa or Rufus(I can't help it! I want some Turk-bitches!! Reno-baby!!!)? XD Rufus costume would be easiler because I hope to be cosplaying Kaito Kide (white tux power!! XD) but... Tifa didn't actually seem that bad, and her new costume is much better looking than her old one, I actually don't mind. And apparently I look like her... O_o; I even have an urge to cos Aeris... What's this? I'm actually willing to do some female cosplays? Scary isn't it? See what Advent Children is doing to me? Only time for me I'm sure. XD lol!! And to get normal Mimi back... Vicent x Cloud!!

Once upon a time there were two lovely bishounens called Raito and L. They were the best of friends and lived in a beautiful glass house called the Baltimore Convention Center.

Raito: Your going down bitch. >D

However, one fateful day the evil Shinigami Ryuuku got a hold of Raito’s “kind and gentle” soul tainted it with the all mighty power of THE death note. Unable to handle the trauma, our “delicate” hero developed Multiple Personality Disorder and gave birth to his brainchildren the Kiras.

Kiras: O~h baby.

Poor L, greatly saddened by Raito’s disease, searched franticly for the only cure that could save his beloved friend, called “InthenameofjusticeIwillpunishyou.” Yet, as he looked for the cure, he didn’t have time to battle with Raito’s MPD so he used his uber powerful brain to make clones of himself and named them Ryuuzaki version 1, 2, and 3.

L: >D Raito-kun, meet my friends.
Ryuuzakis: Hi~ Raito.
Raito: Aw Sh*!@)!*%#@!!

But, while Raito was thankful for the help, he didn’t quiet like the idea that the all of the Ryuuzaki seem to have a slight handcuff fetish. (It was getting harder and harder to go to the bathroom by himself.) Though, not wanting to “upset” L but desperately wanting some company other than the Ryuuzakis, he called up his good friends. Misa and Misa.

Misamsa: H~i Raito. *wink*

L wasn’t sure what to think of the Misa and Misa, as the girls have a tendency to talk to themselves and sneak into Ratio’s bed in the middle of the night. L knows this because it was disturbing their weekly "very platonic, and purely out of friendship"(*cough* yeah right) buttsex.(in request of my twin L and my darling child Mello) So he called up their adapted children to have a family meet and discus the issue.

L: Family, say hi to papa. >D
Mello + Nea: >D Hi daddy.
Raito: x_o

However, as it turns out, the triplets, the Mellos -

Mello: *gruaousgh* mmm… chocolate…

Were actually Misamisa’s second-generation cousins from her mother’s uncle’s aunt’s mom’s sister’s side.

Misamisa: Ta-da!! :D

Deciding that this was good for the children, L welcomed Misamisa into the family with open arms.

The Get Backers Photo Shot on Saturday. I am very very sad that I don't have any pictures from the one on Friday. I miss my twin, no_fishing. Again the lack of Camera makes me weep. However, did run into the my adorable Pj Ginji kitarin and Ban mullenkamp again. It was a lot of fun. Now on with the photos.
